
Terms & Conditions
Quotes, Booking & Payment:
Quotes are valid up to the date of the wedding.
You may book the Wedding car hire by completing the booking form & emailing it back.
You are responsible for providing in the booking form accurate & full address for all locations.
You are responsible for any permissions, permits or passes required to drive to any of the locations for the booking.
If locations or times change please let us know otherwise we might be unable to fulfill the booking. Any changes will need to be put down in writing & might be subject to additional costs.
If we are unable to fulfill the changes then it will be deemed a cancellation.
The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of making the booking otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
The deposit is non refundable unless you cancel within 48 hours after making the booking.
By making the booking it will be deemed that you have accepted without exclusion the terms & conditions.
You must pay the hire fee in full 14 days before the date of the wedding, if not the booking will be cancelled & a refund will be given minus the deposit.
Payment has to be paid by Bank Transfer or Cash.
We reserve the right to decline to accept a booking.
All ‘Special Requests’ & ‘Extra Car Dressing’ must be outlined in the booking form & we reserve the right to decline any ‘Special Requests’ or ‘Extra Car Dressing’.
Hire Period:
The hire period will begin at the pick up time & end after dropping off at the last location unless otherwise outlined the ‘Special Requests’.
We will do our best to ensure that we are punctual. However, you will appreciate that we cannot be held responsible for events such as road congestion, accidents etc.
In the event there are hazardous driving conditions & the chauffeur’s & passenger’s safety is put at risk we reserve the right to either switch to a more appropriate wedding car or postpone or cancel the booking depending on what you would like to do but will let you know as early as possible.
Wedding Car & Chauffeur:
We will do our best to supply the exact car you asked for, however occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control the car may not be available in which case you will be fully refunded or a replacement car will be provided.
If the car breaks down or is involved in an accident that renders the car undriveable during the hire period either a replacement car will be found or a refund will be issued taking into account the trip/s containing passengers listed in the booking that were already completed or partly carried out prior to the breakdown or accident.
We will provide you with a wedding car in good condition & clean for the hire period. However we cannot be responsible for any changes to the outward appearance of the car if there is bad weather or poor terrain en-route to you or during the hire period.
The car will be provided with as standard a pair of white ribbons from the radiator to the top of the windscreen.
Our cars are fitted with Dash Cams for your & ours safety.
We will provide a Chauffeur for the wedding car who will be dressed in appropriate attire for the occasion.
Chauffeurs can’t contravene the road traffic act in any way.
Cancellations and Refunds:
You may cancel the booking by ringing up.
If cancellation is made within 48 hours after making the booking, you will be fully refunded.
If cancellation is made 48 hours after making the booking, you will lose your deposit.
If we cancel you will be fully refunded.
Any cancellations which are no one's fault, excluding bad weather e.g, war or pandemics etc, if not postponed then a full refund will be given.
For bad weather if not postponed you will be refunded minus £50.
Liability and Insurance:
We are fully insured but insurance doesn’t cover, you driving the car, loss or damage to possessions & consequential losses, delays or missed events.
We are not responsible for anything you leave in the car or any damage done to accessories, items or clothing caused by the car/s.
We don’t accept liability for items left in the car or responsibility to forward on such items.
You will be responsible for any damage caused to the car’s interior or exterior during the hire period other than caused by us or a road traffic accident. And further agree you may be invoiced accordingly for any repairs or extra valeting that isn’t normally required to bring the car back to pre-hire condition.
Passengers:
Seat belts must be worn by all passengers unless you have been given a “Certificate of Exemption from Compulsory Seat Belt Wearing”. Copy of the Certificate must be sent to us.
We cannot provide a child seat & permit children or Animals in our cars without prior discussion which must be outlined in ‘Special Requests’.
We may refuse passengers if anyone who is or thought to be under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol, anyone whose behavior poses a threat to us, the car/s or other passengers.
If this happens the booking might be terminated & no refund will be given.
You agree to not smoke or vape in our car, if you do the booking will be terminated & no refund will be given.
Food items & Drinks must not be consumed inside the car unless authorisation is given by the chauffeur.
We are not allowed by law to carry more persons than the Car manufacturer’s seating capacity.
